Delivery
Order by 2.00pm and your order will be dispatched the same day* with our standard 48/72 hour service. Should you request your goods urgently a 24 hour service** is available upon request for an extra flat charge. All parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours Monday to Friday you may want to give us an alternative address where someone will be there to sign for the goo (e.g. your work, a neighbour or a friend).

*Excluding week-ends, subject to stock availability. We cannot accept liability for late deliveries. No postage refunds for late deliveries. **24 hour service (for all orders, UK mainland only) is a flat charge of £8.00. Please note that this service is non-guaranteed. A member of our sales team will quote you delivery costs for deliveries outside the UK mainland.

Price policy
All our prices are quoted inclusive VAT. (or net prices outside the EEC). In the event of price changes with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly.

Unless specified to the contrary quotations in respect of price are made by the Seller without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice. The Seller may give notice to the Buyer at any time up to 3 days before delivery of any increase in price provided that the Buyer may cancel this contract in writing within 3 days of any such notice by the Seller

Returns & exchanges
All returns:
- must be sent within 7 working days to The Red Shoes, 221 Sewall Highway, Coventry, CV2 3PD for either an exchange, a credit or a refund. All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.

- must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid parcels.

- must be sent in new resalable condition in the original
packaging with tags still attached. All tights, books, DVDs, videos, CDs, makeup and special orders are a final sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Printed items may fade with repeated washing. We recommend these items are washed by hand. Printed items can not be exchanged after the tag is removed.

For a fast process enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions. Straight exchanges (same reference but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by The Red Shoes for UK mainland only. Postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles ordered in exchange. Please allow 7 working days for your replacement. No charge on exchanges however please note there is a £2 handling charge per item for ALL refunds returned after 7 working days. All refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances unless items are faulty, charged incorrectly or picking error. Standard second class recorded postage will be refunded in these circumstances only

We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 3 weeks. Post Christmas orders can be returned up to the end of January.

Back orders
Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items although we do try our hardest. In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you ordered, we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed. If you are ordering goods for a show or audition or a Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order approximately four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment (e.g. large quantities/big sizes etc).

We reserve the right to cancel any back orders.
Please note that we are closed between Christmas and New Year.
